nTegrations is an owner-managed company. We have a combined total of over 30 years of extensive experience in Web development, business development and financial management.

Sarinya Rydell - Founder and CEO
Sarinya Rydell has over 10 years in the software industry. She has a background developing Windows, Web and Mobile applications for finance, corporate tax, energy, HR, government and mobile entertainment industry. Sarinya holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Winona State and an MBA from Regis University.

Christopher Sihon - Co-Founder/CTO
Christopher Sihon has over 7 years of experience in the software industry with 5 years as an IT consultant in the Healthcare and Financial Industries, and a combined 2 years as a software engineer. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Engineering, and a Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of Colorado at Denver.

Sean Chavez - Co-Founder/VP of Product Development
Sean Chavez has over 15 years of work experience in managing and developing software projects for numerous public, private, and government applications. He has specialized in database development including ETL as well as web and application programming. He has managed over 50 employees over the last five years and has deployed many of large- scale projects successfully on time and on budget.
